Income management and administration of personal property

Some people are, for various reasons, temporarily or chronically, incapable of managing their finances. This often results in poverty, high debts and evictions. Saldo Plus is a foundation that tries to prevent these problems by means of income management and administration of personal property.

When you, as individual or as social care worker, rather not manage your clients or your own finances by yourself, you can relegate this to Saldo Plus. You hereby hand over the responsibility and control of financial and administrative transactions to an expert. Naturally, you can ask for information about your clients’ current balance, payments and budget at any time.

When you choose for Saldo Plus, an agreement is made between your client, you as social care worker, and Saldo Plus.

The services of Saldo Plus are not only available for social care workers, but also for social services, housing associations and electricity and gas companies.

Saldo Plus provides a financial service. You can choose for a single evaluation of your client’s finances. This includes organizing your client’s books, evaluation of his or her debts and negotiation with creditors. Subsequently you can subscribe to one of the following packages:


  • A recurring expenses account
  • Income management
  • Income management and settlement of debts
  • Budget management
  • Administration of personal property
